And even if you understand, keeping the symptoms under control or healing is not an easy task at all. The funny thing is that there is a simple solution to this painful problem in every kitchen. And that is Turmeric.

There are numerous causes for allergic reactions. Food, medicine, flower pollen, smoke, dust, etc. are more common among them. When a person is allergic to a substance that enters into his body, it releases histamine into his bloodstream, which speeds up the process of mucus formation in the body.

Common symptoms of allergies include cough, skin rash or swelling, itching, sore throat, etc. Turmeric contains curcuminoids, the most important of which is curcumin. This ingredient has strong anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial properties. Turmeric can be used in four ways to cure allergies.

Turmeric with milk: This requires half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, a cup of milk, a teaspoon of honey and a pinch of black pepper. Turmeric powder should be mixed in boiling milk. Then add honey and black pepper. Mix everything well together and drink it before going to bed at night when it is cold. Alternatively, those who can not digest milk and dairy foods, can use ‘Almond Milk’ or ‘Coconut Milk’ as an alternative.

Turmeric with tea: Half a teaspoon of honey, and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder should be mixed in a glass of water while it is heated. Shake well in a container and pour into a glass. Now you have to mix honey in it and drink it. If you drink turmeric mixed tea twice a day, allergy symptoms will go away.

Turmeric with water: Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric well in a glass of water. Drink this mixture at least once a day to keep allergies away.

Turmeric with Apple Cider Vinegar: Make a paste by crushing a piece of raw turmeric. Add half a cup of honey, one teaspoon of lemon juice and two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Everything should be mixed together and stored in airtight containers. Take one tablespoon of this mixture on empty stomach every morning.
